1.3. Services are restricted only to Clients of 18yrs or older. Proof of identification with Client's date of birth may be requested.

2. Services Offered

2.1. The Clinic provides a range of aesthetic and cosmetic services, including but not limited to:

  • Injectables (e.g., Anti-wrinkle Injections, dermal fillers)

  • Skin care treatments

2.2. The specific services, pricing, and any related terms will be discussed and agreed upon between the Clinic and the Client during the consultation process.

3. Consultation

3.1. A consultation will be conducted with each Client to assess their individual needs, medical history, and expectations. This consultation is necessary to determine the suitability of any treatment or procedure.

3.2. The Client is encouraged to provide accurate and complete information about their medical history, allergies, medications, and any pre-existing conditions.

4. Informed Consent

4.1. Before any treatment or procedure, the Client will be required to sign a written informed consent form, acknowledging their understanding of the treatment, potential risks, and expected outcomes.

5. Pricing and Payment

5.1. The pricing of services will be provided to the Client during the consultation, and any fees must be paid in accordance with the agreed-upon terms. Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise arranged with the Clinic.

5.2. The prices we charge for our services are listed on our website. We reserve the right to change our prices for services displayed at any time and to correct pricing errors that may inadvertently occur.

6. Cancellation and Rescheduling

6.1. Clients must provide at least 2 days notice for appointment cancellations or rescheduling. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee.

7. Privacy and Confidentiality

7.1. The Clinic will maintain the confidentiality of the Client's personal and medical information in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

8. Post-Treatment Care

8.1. The Client is responsible for following post-treatment care instructions provided by the Clinic to maximize the effectiveness of the treatment and minimize any potential complications.

9. Medical Disclaimer

9.1. Aesthetic treatments may carry certain risks. The Clinic will inform the Client about potential side effects and complications, but the Client acknowledges that results may vary.

10. Amendments and Updates

10.1. The Clinic reserves the right to amend or update these terms and conditions. Clients will be notified of any changes, and the revised terms will apply to subsequent appointments.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

11.1. This Agreement is governed by the laws of the UK, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the UK.

12. Copyright and Intellectual Property

12.1. Logo and Brand Identity: The Clinic's logo and brand identity, including any trademarks or service marks associated with the Clinic, are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. Clients are prohibited from using, reproducing, or modifying the Clinic's logo or brand identity without prior written consent.

12.2. Website Content: All content on the Clinic's website, including text, images, graphics, and any other materials, is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. Clients are not permitted to use, reproduce, or distribute website content without the Clinic's express written consent.

12.3. Images and Before-and-After Photos: Any images, photographs, or before-and-after pictures displayed on the Clinic's website or promotional materials are the exclusive property of the Clinic or are used with appropriate permissions. Clients are not authorized to use or distribute these images without obtaining written consent from the Clinic.

12.4. User-Generated Content: If clients provide testimonials, reviews, or other user-generated content to the Clinic, they grant the Clinic a non-exclusive, perpetual, and royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display such content in connection with the Clinic's services, marketing, and promotional materials.

12.5. Notification of Copyright Infringement: If clients believe their copyright or intellectual property rights have been violated by any content associated with the Clinic, they should promptly notify the Clinic in writing, providing details of the alleged infringement.

12.6. Enforcement of Copyright: The Clinic reserves the right to take legal action against any individual or entity found to be infringing upon its copyright or intellectual property rights.

13.1. By scheduling an appointment and receiving services from the Clinic, the Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
